🚢⚓️ The Mission collaborated on the EU-funded Red Sea project. We've partnered with INTERPOL to train maritime law enforcement agencies from Mogadishu, Garowe & Bossaso. Our advisors provided their legal expertise in enhancing physical security of port infrastructure.

Another successful TTX through #IORIS , with the PMPF (Somalia) and EUNAVFOR which simulated a coordinated response concerning a Piracy Active Group (PAG) operating off Puntland Waters Somalia. The TTX was facilitated by A. Lyttle, CRIMARIOII instructor, and EUCAP Somalia.

#Council of the European Union has appointed Kęstutis Lančinskas as the new Head of Mission for EUCAP Somalia from 1 May.
