Attending the inaugural meeting of the #ExcludedUK APPG, excellently chaired by my colleague Jamie Stone MP. Over 100 MPs attending from all across the House. So many people have been left out of the plans for economic support during this crisis.

Welcome news in the Chancellor’s speech - especially the hospitality VAT cut, Job Retention Bonus and investment in green jobs. But new jobs support very focussed on male-dominated sectors without measures to engage more women in these industries.

I took the opportunity, during today's Insolvency Bill debate, to highlight the critical importance of supporting our theatres at this time. Not only as a strategically important industry, but also to support our children's return to education.
