Today, the Supreme Court dispelled any lingering hope that it might prove to be an honest broker of the law.

It is not.

So, not surprisingly, it is once again up to us.

Vote. Because our democracy depends on it.

If they instead send the case back to the lower court as a means of stalling,

The flaw is not with the constitution.

Or the Court itself.

But with the character of the justices serving on the Court.

I’m already seeing the revisionist history so let me reiterate my words from last week:

delayed Ukraine aid for 6 months, costing thousands of lives

spread Russian disinfo from the halls of Congress

Killed a bipartisan border security bill to help Donald Trump

📌Biden should address the nation tonight and say this:
'Now that there is a very real possibility I have unlimited powers, and can do whatever I want, I will be using these powers to appoint a brand new Supreme Court, and thank the former justices for their duty.'

They even walk like dorks.
