Your 'moment of doom' for Apr. 30, 2024 ~ Long time gone.

'Everything is changing. Life expectancy is backsliding. Society is giving up the last century of progress. Misinformation has become truth. Compassion is plummeting as narcissism and greed rise.'

And while North Atlantic sea surface temperatures moderate just a bit, global sea surface temperatures keep on setting records with no end in sight.

Memories of my youth. I was 12.

When I was a professor in Ohio, one of our local politicians was Dean Kahler, who was injured in the shooting. Nice guy.

Coming up on the 54th anniversary. It felt like the end of the world. But now it really is.
