If we could get the idea that the kids don't come to school to do work for us, but instead they come to school to experience learning designed by us, we might see some real changes.

Our job is to design for learning to happen.
Not to come up with work for kids to do.

These are excellent thoughts, especially in a time when people are all too eager to hide behind the anonymity of popular opinion.

This is a great point. I think we often forget how isolating leadership can be, and we add to it by expecting superhuman acts of our leaders.
