You may be fighting back the tears because thoughts of suicide are occupying your mind. You may feel alone and unloved. You may feel like a burden to your loved ones. You may not feel ready to speak up now, but please keep surviving until you are because we need you.

Suicide is the absence of hope. The hope that the pain will subside. The hope that you aren’t all alone. The hope for better days ahead.

As long as there is life, there is hope for things to improve. Once that life is gone, all hope is lost.

Please don’t ever give up hope.

OCD is the weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced. How I still find myself caught doing such strange behaviors .. despite logically knowing they don’t (actually) do anything at all (aside from trick my brain into relief) I will never know.
