this week is super chill & with no ‘big’ projects to work on at the moment (& my brains inability to rest), the focus has been switched back to the gym!

nailed leg day (painfully after 3 months off) & now we’re aiming for handstand press ups within 3 months! 🤷🏼‍♀️ (who knows why)

After years of shoulder pain, different diagnosis, physio & being on A LOT of medication, today I got taken off 1 of my pain meds & was given a cortisone injection.

Hoping this at least takes the edge off to be able to get back to the gym!!

Beware 'autistic traits' being used increasingly to maintain the construct of 'borderline personality disorder'.

It can be an excuse not to formally assess autism, and to maintain BPD's rightfulness as a diagnosis.

We need to always be honest with our experiences. And where mistakes have been made, we need to show the impact (without blame), and what could have been done differently. But it’s also important to highlight the things that work & figure out ways to replicate.
