Funny to get an email ab mental health from ZoomCare when they hurt my mental health + my health 2 weeks ago when I needed medical care. No reply from my email or tweets. So mad at the situation with no recourse, but I'll continue to make sure no one else has the same experience

Delayed again. Should have been home at 1235am. Now it's 430am and not a single gate agent has been at any gate to answer any questions. Totally unacceptable customer service americanair

Last I heard we are waiting for pilots to fly in to fly our plane and that we may not even get out tonight. Would be nice to have some solid information

I'm sure but you have a planes worth of people with no information, people crying because they can't get home and literally no one with answers

This is the fourth or fifth delay and no one is at the desk from americanair to even answer why or what's going on.

Seems like it at this point! And there is no one at the gate to answer any questions so just tons of delayed people and no one to deal with it 😡
