iPhone : Hugely relieved after my mum had her first vaccination today at Guys Hospital London Bridge Vaccination Centre. I was extremely impressed by the level of care and consideration. Truly excellent ! huge thanks to the wonderful NHS staff

iPhone : Residents are asked to share their views on phase 2 of the consultation to rename Black Boy Lane.

Do you think Black Boy Lane should be renamed to La Rose Lane? Have your say >> bit.ly/2XVaeq1

This follows the wider Review aiming to celebrate Haringeys rich diversity.

iPhone : Emma Burnell 💙 Didn’t think at 21 that i would think like this at 44. Never felt invested in US politics other than historic counter culture. I certainly feel less frightened now. National anthems still don’t do it for me whereas Jennifer Lopez emotion while singing This Land made me well up

iPhone : Is it just me or does everyone not find it odd that Trump keeps using the song “Gloria”? Has he not listened to lyrics? “I think you've got to slow down before you start to blow it I think you're headin’ for a breakdown so be careful not to show it ..All the voices in your head”

iPhone : Don’t for a minute think after the inauguration of Biden the nightmare is over. Before the sun rises the US has to deal with a determined, violent deadly cult whose figurehead is the figurehead of mainstream political party. Hearing the QAnon messianic crap is deeply disturbing

iPhone : Excellent points by Anneliese Dodds 💙 on Universal Credit

The cut to Universal Credit now, in the middle of a global health pandemic is cruel and ill advised. It will plunge thousands into deeper poverty overnight

#KeepTheLifeline #CancelTheCut

iPhone : Bim Afolami sadly demonstrating how out of touch Tory MPs are talking about people getting on the "work ladder" instead of Universal Credit on Westminster Hour.

2.2m recipients of UC are *working* & 70% of children in poverty are in working families. The problem is poverty pay.

iPhone : Very excited to have signed off THREE new Zebra Crossings:

📍Sperling Rd, N17
📍Shelbourne Rd, N17
📍Bedford Rd, N22

Thank you to all residents who participated in the consultations. Installations are starting in next few weeks.

iPhone : 🧱 With brick work being added to the exterior, Joy Gardner House is looking more like the new council homes we need by the day! Read more about our new generation of council homes for local people at: haringey.gov.uk/Haringey-homes #haringeyhomes Cllr Joseph Ejiofor Emina Ibrahim

iPhone : Our new autism campus will be named after Haringey resident Chad Gordon, who tragically lost his life last year. We hope it will be a fitting tribute to him. twitter.com/haringeycounci…

iPhone : Joshua Garfield Me too - cucumbers and carrots etc the hampers with the two carrots also! A bag of carrots is 41p in Sainsbury’s. Bags of bananas are less than £1. And those cheese pieces! 400g of Cheddar is £2 lasts a week, sandwiches, pasta! On jacket potatoes.

iPhone : This begs serious question of whether overheads are being covered with the £15 for free school meals that indirectly subsidises private school provisions. Not saying it does but time for an investigation that opens books of these companies to public scrutiny. It’s public money. twitter.com/BootstrapCook/…

iPhone : Joshua Garfield You are such a Cypriot! I showed my mum and she said what!! They cut a cucumber in half!! - were they worried that mum might eat a piece. Half a cucumber lasts a day. It’s staggering. Children generally love it it’s one of the veg that’s is the easiest to get them to eat.

iPhone : Hi Harrison Catering which day of the week can you make the food in that lovely photo with this 👇🏻. This is apparently what you have been sending children on free school meals. You sent the apples! What about the rest ? twitter.com/foodwiththough…

iPhone : Are Chartwells receiving £15 per child on free school meals and distributing £1.50 of food? If their business model can’t withstand school closures step aside! Government must help councils to bring catering in house. Give vouchers now and start municipalisation of school dinners
