The idea that governments’ spending billions in weapons to kill & destroy will bring liberation from occupation, poverty and dislocation from all forms of oppression… is painful.

I don’t know why but it always feels like I have to preface any conversation about affirmative housing and zoning revamp with a “Trigger Warning”.

The Biden Admin is wrong to drag their feet on this rule for fear of white conservative suburbanites backlash.

Two years ago, Worcester had about 200 all-cash sales of single family and multi-family homes. Not sure what that # is now, but probably a lot higher.
