Breaking my Twitter silence to say how happy I am that Colin Kahl was able to overcome both cancer and a lot of political nonsense to serve his country again. A great husband, father, friend, and public servant who annoys all the right people at home and abroad.
The news about Blake Hounshell’s passing makes me very, very sad. He was a really nice person who left us too soon.
