Day 1 of the 1st Board meeting closed off with so much hope for us Observers & civil society groups. I am particularly hopeful about the coming season of this process bse the Board members made it clear that the value that CSOs bring to the space is undeniable.

What I said is that 'Green Accountability should be about Social Accountability because I've seen how forest projects under + have adversely affected the livelihoods of indigenous people & local communities.' Green Accountability must also address Corporate Accountability.

Hmm! At in Glasgow, EU & US were very clear on their reason for not accepting to pay . They argued that if they did, developing countries would have a valid reason to sue them for even higher compensation. This statement can only be made by the guilty.
