Blackmail, ransom, coercion, monopoly, call it what you will, it is extremely abusive and opportunistic for ABIM to have introduced mandatory MOC ~8-10 years ago and annual certificate fees a year or two ago. There is no justification for it. And this does NOT make better docs.
