'Throughout the case, the museum's supporters, including artist Kirsha Kaechele - who created the work - had used the courtroom as a space for performance art, wearing matching navy suits and engaging in synchronised movements.' Ah art how I love you!

Creative Industries make up 6% of our economy: more than car and oil industries together. They employ 2.3million people. To cut funding is fudge-brained, cack-hearted thinking pitched very much at the highest level of economic self-harm. theguardian.com/education/2024…

Higher education and the arts shouldn't be privileges for the few. Austerity that limits access stifles economic and cultural growth and limits personal and cultural fulfilment. Imagine a world where only white, middle-class youth can pursue higher education or create art.

There are concerns on the condition of the Assembly Rooms, especially first floor, which is in poor shape.

Castlebrooke has left the area including Assembly Rooms in limbo. The bigger parties have failed City Centre, its been the Greens who have pushed towards vesting the site.
