A number of conservatives are currently meeting in Speaker Johnson’s office, after they publicly railed against his plan to keep foreign aid & border security delinked.

Rep. Ralph Norman, member of Rules Committee, told me he’s planning to inform Johnson he’s a NO on the rule.

After significant opposition from conservatives, Johnson announcing to members in a message minutes ago, he's MOVING AHEAD with plan to aid Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan. Votes will be Saturday. He also announces a separate vote on border bill.

On CNN right now Moskowitz laying out why dems should vote to table motion to vacate if it comes up. Most dems say that they want to follow leader Jeffries and are keeping their powder dry on this issue. Souzzi and Moskowitz are clear they'd vote to table MTV.

Leader Jeffries in caucus told his members that they should refrain on talking about how they'll handle the process (rule votes) of the supplemental until they see the substance of what is actually included. Dems eagerly awaiting to see if humanitarian aid is included.

GOP Rep Thomas Massie just told colleagues behind closed doors that he’s going to cosponsor the motion to vacate, per GOP members in the room. 

A source adds Massie warned the Speaker he should resign.
