60 years ago today, I was baptised in this very font at St Andrew’s Mayfield. It was my parent’s 9th wedding anniversary.

It was a real privilege to celebrate and preach at St Andrew’s yesterday.

There is now ample evidence of the chronic effects of COVID on heart, lungs, brain, immune system and other organs. The silence around this in public narrative reflects the spin that COVID is a cold and life is normal. We can do better.
