The facts are that NL only implemented that because the federal government imposed a carbon tax. NL implemented it to comply with the federally mandated system; it did not exist beforehand.

If the federal carbon tax is meant to force Cdns to change behaviour, it only works when there are options - like a subway. This federal tax makes life more expensive for families already struggling. The Fed Clean Fuel Standards will also cost us 3x the national avg w/ no rebate.
