On CNN right now Tim Burchett was just asked about voting to remove Mike Johnson, and in explaining why he opposed those efforts Burchett suggested that if Johnson were removed New York Republicans would help 'hand over the gavel' to Hakeem Jeffries

So their plan then is... what? Act mad while explaining why they can't or won't press the button, while also making the case for why the button should be pressed? It doesn't strike me a strategically sound or politically wise but then, I am not a nihilist
