The USA has done a real number on Julian Assange - they knew they had no chance of a successful prosecution after Obama abandoned the idea, so instead punished him through the protracted legal process. Biden should drop the charges as a mark of his 5yrs in detension in Belmarsh.

The US Gov't is in a Catch-22 situation in their pursuit of Julian Assange. If they don't win, the suffering they've caused him through the drawn out legal process means he'll come back at them even harder the moment he's free. They're scared to drop the case.

What's wrong with the British 'justice' system? Not only is not extraditing Assange on the basis of a threat to kill him dismissed but the US Gov't also spied on confidential meetings he had with his lawyers while in the Ecuadorian Embassy, giving them a distinct legal advantage.

Thoughts are with brave Julian Assange as we await this morning's verdict. If it goes against him, there is truly no justice or access to Truth in the world.

Julian Assange: An AUSTRALIAN held by the UK at the behest of the US, who seek revenge for having their misdeeds exposed - as well as plotting to murder him. They're not beyond scrutiny and shouldn't be the ones to judge anyone for embarrassing them. We have a right to the Truth.

Without the ECHR, Julian Assange would have no further avenue for appeal if the UK cowers to the US and agrees to extradite him. If the UK can't deliver true justice, we will all be on the path to facism.
