Our spring bakes are here. Judging by the skies, it’s a little early to be celebrating spring. But dreary days or not, we couldn’t wait a moment longer.

In time for spring, we are bringing back our Sour Cherry & Chocolate scones. Baking from Wednesday.

Julienned root veg with miso, tahini and almond, and a touch of ginger for warmth. Spicy seeds bring a pleasing crunch.

We're baking our festive buns for a few more days, until 2nd January.

On Christmas Day, we will be baking and brewing as normal in Greenwich, Highgate, Clapham Old Town, Dulwich, Blackheath, Golders Green and Westbourne Grove from 9am to 5pm.

All of our bakeries will be back open as normal on Boxing Day.

Sometimes it's the simplest acts that mean the most. Like a box of mince pies. A Christmas bun collected on the way home. Cookies because they've been good. A loaf of bread to say thank you. A stolen lunch for two.

Great Portland Street was once home to Sir Charles Barry, the well-known architect who designed the Palace of Westminster.⁠ We were inspired by the architect’s workspace for the interior of our new bakery.

Is there anything as quintessentially Christmassy as a mince pie? We make ours with the sharpest Bramley apples, vine fruits and candied orange peel, with a sweet, golden pastry sprinkled with Demerara sugar. Find them on the baker’s table and gift yourself a moment of pleasure.
