Today our team joined ONEHall United Way Hall Co. as they walked Green Street to bring awareness to the importance of Mental Health. Tomorrow is the one day a year where we will ask our Big Red Family to wear green!! Show your support for Mental Health month by wearing green Thursday!

We don't usually recommend wearing green but this Thursday we'll make an exception. #hallgoesgreen

Sunday was National Mental Health Provider Appreciation Day and the month of May is dedicated to Mental Health. We employ 6 mental health clinicians to serve our students and staff to be certain that mental health remains a priority. Thank you to our team of professionals!

Today we inducted the 2024 class of Honorary Diploma recipients. Coach Bruce Miller, Dr. Larry Lykins and Chief Jay Parrish. Today's luncheon for the honorees was attended by past honorary diploma recipients and school leaders.

Tomorrow is the last day of Teacher Appreciation Week but our thanks never runs out. Thank a teacher every day for the investment they make in our future.

Decision Day! No ONE does it better than GHS- in recognizing our students that are pursuing higher education, military, or going directly to the workforce. Thank You to the GREAT Mr. Cromwell and his staff for putting this event together! Every year it gets better.

Today we officially unveiled Willie Mitchell Drive Fair Street International Academy . Mr. Mitchell's legacy of service and commitment to community will live on. Thank you for the impact you have made on the lives of so many.

This Friday we will honor our retired Board of Education member with the naming of Willie Mitchell Drive at Fair Street International Academy.

Dr. Hannah Reaume, science teacher at GMS East was honored at the Masters in Teaching event at Brenau University lastst week.

The event is known as Masters in Teaching...Life Changers at Work. GHS students participating in the Communiversity program were in attendance.
