Re: upcoming schedule for Tiger Woods, Tiger confirming the plan through end of July…

May - PGA Championship at Valhalla
June - U.S. Open at Pinehurst #2
July - The Open at Royal Troon

If we see him play 4 majors in 2024, that’s a win for golf fans

Interesting to hear Tiger Woods re: PIF meeting in Bahamas last month

“I don’t know that we’re closer (to a deal), but for both sides, it was a positive meeting.”

Jack Nicklaus on Live From The Masters a must watch right now!

“I don’t buy this treat The Masters like any other event, you have to treat it and prepare for it like a special event if you want to win it.”

Opposite of what both Rory McIlroy and Wyndham Clark said this week.

Last couple years picking Scottie or Jon Rahm Rodriguez was easy coming into The Masters with 3-wins on PGA TOUR before end of March - each guy was hot.

Scottie hot again, favorite this year at +400, if you’re looking elsewhere I think Xander Schauffele is going to win this week.

We continue to monitor the weather closely. Gate openings and tee times have been delayed until further notice. The first round will not begin before 9 a.m.

Liking the specificity here, if we’re doing dream final round/final group pairings I think Tiger Woods Phil Mickelson is clearly #1 and I’d buy Brooks Koepka Rory McIlroy as good #2.

Not sold on #3

1-2 100%, Phil Mickelson winning would be a heck of a story breaking his record as the oldest major champion and winning green jacket #4 The Masters.

But, it feels like the impact would be slightly lessened with him winning PGA Championship fairly recently in 2021.
