Afternoon all! Sorry it's *very* short notice, but I'm looking for people who've made car finance complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service relating to discretionary commission on their loans. Might you be willing to chat for a story in The Times and The Sunday Times please? Thanks

Afternoon everyone, I'm working on a piece for The Times and The Sunday Times about the financial realities facing Generation Z - rents, house prices, the cost of servicing student loans.

I'm looking for anyone in their early to mid 20s who'd be happy to have a chat with me, please? Thanks!

I wonder if there’s a genuine possibility of, provided interest rates normalise and remain at their current-ish levels, an entire generation of Help to Buy-ers who’ll never pay those loans off without selling because they can’t afford to roll them into a full repayment loan.

LFC have been excellent this season. Full credit to them. But Arsenal have scored more goals, scored more goals head to head & destroyed them at the emirates with an impressive attacking display (3.5 xG!) while giving away almost nothing (0.4xG). Not so boring or cautious huh?

Ripping out some old shelves as today’s DIY job. Messing around with wood and nails on Good Friday, it’s exactly what Jesus would’ve wanted.

I’m sure this will cause some debate. The Treasury gets its 99% mortgage scheme after all, with YBS releasing a loan that only requires a £5,000 deposit on properties up to £500,000.

On the back of these Ofgem proposals of moving towards a more dynamic cap, I'd be keen to speak to anyone who's already on some kind of peak/off-peak energy tariff about their energy habits, please? Do you wash your clothes or even cook at night to save £?

While everyone was focused on Inheritance Tax last week, Insurance Premium Tax receipts, which most people actually pay, have already reached a record £8.1bn in 2023-24 with one month left - as the Treasury lands a windfall from much higher insurance costs
