A total solar eclipse will cross North America tomorrow April 8, 2024, with parts of 15 U.S. states within the path of totality. While an average of two solar eclipses happen every year, a particular spot on Earth is only in the path of totality every 375 years on average!

Develop a project at your intern site over the summer to reduce CO2 emissions and save money!
This challenge is a supplemental add-on to your existing duties at your intern site. This program is not exclusive to GT students and we encourage all to participate!

Over this past spring break, our Geophysical Field Methods students ventured out to the Mojave Desert. They used various geological tools in search of a fault near Harvard Hill.
