FNA-EUS
Carcinoma with extensive squamous differentiation in the PANCREAS and an adenoca component.
Squamous differ is uncommon in pancreatic ca and usually occurs + conventional ductal adenoca. DDX: Adenosquamous carcinoma (if squamous ≥ 30% of the neoplasm in surgical sample)
