Emily Gray It should actually improve support because it's a return to realism. ScotGov now seems to understand how limited their powers really are and how negatively the WM cut to capital expenditure budgets really are. This may well waken Scots up as well.
Conor Matchett No it's not. It shows they're moving beyond the Sturgeon era and becoming more realistic about what devolved govts with bugger all powers and limited/shrinking capital spending ability can achieve.
