Under a fair voting system this would not have happened. The Tories changed these elections to use FPTP because they know minority rule works in their favour.

Changing the voting system to FPTP has really helped the Conservatives in these PCC elections. They'd most likely only have held Lincolnshire if SV were being used.

I dont believe polls these days especially in FPTP systems. The national polls r likely wrong as well.

It will be a huge polling fail in London even if Khan does scrape through. Amazing how that mayoral race specifically is so tough to do.

Gone to vote. A middle aged lady just turfed out for no photo ID. I may be wrong but she didn’t look like she was trying to fix the election.

Almost every single one was a candidate cheating, voters simply don’t bother.

Voter ID is Conservative vote rigging, and they charge you £180,000,000 for it.

Boris Johnson said in 2004 that he would eat his ID at a polling station in protest if the law ever required it.

In 2022, he passed a law requiring ID to vote and dismissed criticism it would stop people voting.

In 2024, he forgot his ID when trying to vote and was turned away.
