I’ve been with Madison Golledge, who is creating machine learning algorithms for automated detection of preg status, fetal number, age & health using videos of transabdominal ultrasound. With ~3000 videos and a huge range of litters and anomalies, there’s plenty to do!

Merino ewes scanned at the Cowra Ag Res Stn today. Ewes in good body condition at start of mating, maintained weight throughout. Wasn’t expecting the higher order litters (12.5%), or the empty rate (11.5%).

HELP please. My older oviscan 6 connects and communications a dream with the XR5000 but my newer oviscan 6 does not. I have reached out to Datamars Livestock AU and all I need is BCF Ultrasound to communicate with them (software issue). Unfortunately BCF are not wanting to communicate.
