Today the March 2024 unemployment report was released for Kentucky, and the state set a new total jobs record! Jobs grew by 9,400 in March for a new record high of 2,036,900 million filled jobs.

Today Gov. Beshear announced that a memorandum of agreement has been signed and work is set to begin on a $4.6 million combination emergency services center in Elliott County.

The 2024 legislative session ended this week. We saw some big wins but we also saw mean legislation that hurts people. Sessions should be about helping and never hurting. To everyone who made their voice heard this session: Thank you; you made a difference.
