This is one of the most humbling & inspiring things I’ve come accross. Captain Sir Tom Moore, 99 years young, doing laps of his garden with the aid of his frame in aid of the #NHS to fight #COVID19

Really interesting to formally acknowledge the two likely phenotypes of COVID, and how the treatment could differ. Anecdotally the “intubate early, prone early, high PEEP” strategy is certainly not the magic bullet for all.
