Yesterday fishermen in Brazil found a boat with corpses drifting in the Atlantic. Police are still working to retrieve the boat and bodies. From the videos shot by fishermen, the boat appears to be from Mauritania in Africa, like the one we investigated. apnews.com/article/brazil…

How do you not get a risk assessment done, provide life-saving equipment and standby emergency support on a production with a budget?! That was extremely risky, and Lord knows how many other risky things have been done on different sets. What a sad and avoidable death!
