Triage = picking and sorting, often done in mass causality situations. The injured most like to survive are chosen for transport and care first. The least are 'black tagged' as they are unlikely to survive care would hinder the greatest good. Survival of the society is needful

During the Great Depression of the 1930's only 15 million people were unemployed at it's greatest depth, current our unemployment numbers are at 30 million. That is twice the number at the height of the Great Depression. Government actions have done this to America.
