Families & Child Care Educators Counting on Albany to Raise Child Care Workforce Wages❣️

Council is also calling for $9 million increase for Promise NYC, child care services for undocumented children/families, as well as $10 million for marketing and outreach for 3K and $45 million increase for more extended day/year seats.

Thank you to all who showed up yesterday evening for our first Education Town Hall on the city’s education budget. In partnership with the Emergency Coalition to save Education Programs and Council Member Lincoln Restler we held an informative discussion on the importance of education in our city.

Our town hall on the city’s education budget is just getting started. Brooklyn is our first stop and we will head to all five Boroughs because New Yorkers should know what’s at stake when it comes to education! 🎤📚🏫
