I have been wanting someone to make cool vowel graphs out of mine and Lauren Gawne's speech on Lingthusiasm for ACTUAL YEARS and now we've found Bethany Gardner to do it and I'm really psyched about it!

I’m especially happy to see this work in print! In a large new SPR dataset we find that surprisal values derived from next word prediction models don’t model the difficulty human readers experience when processing different sorts of syntactic ambiguity or error.
