Been a while since I posted a thirst trap.

For a while I felt like I was chasing my old physique instead of being happy with the one I have now.

Sure I can get it back, but I’m actually really happy with how I look. 😊

Delts were popping a bit yesterday. So that was fun.

Super fast arm day. I’d give it a B+

I’m ready to sleeb. But I gotta do a QA project.

Last day in MA for this trip. Felt good to get a back day in at my old gym

Car was too hot for my shirt after the gym today.

I’m starting to see a bit of thickness coming back!
