If we have recurring issues, it means we're not asking “why” enough. We're not digging into that core problem and finding out what it is. Healthy conflict is a real thing, and it starts by asking questions and being able to hold each other accountable.

Why are we not changing our behavior if we're not meeting our goals? If we need to have 12 sales a week and we're accomplishing 15, can we increase our metric? If we're getting 15 but we're only trying to accomplish 12… there must be extra juice to squeeze.
