The buoys in the Northern Hamoaze provide a safe location to load/unload Warship ammunition. Arriving and departing is a skilled Navigation and Seamanship evolution made possible by the embarkation of the Admiralty Pilot from the Queen’s Harbour Master HMNB Devonport
