#ARREST | Officers have arrested a suspected phone thief in Wolverhampton yesterday.

Our local priorities team visited an address in Heath Town where a 21-year-old man was arrested in connection with a series of thefts in the city centre in recent weeks.

With help from Bilston & East Park Police , officers managed to track down and seize a stolen van last night via an out-of-hours court warrant. PC 27431 Dinu completed some fantastic work, to ensure the owner got their van returned #teamwork

#DRUGS | We've a man in custody today after seizing more than 1,000 cannabis plants from an industrial unit in Wolverhampton.

Officers moved in on the unit in Colliery Road yesterday evening in response to a report of suspicious activity.

#ARRESTS | We've two men in custody today after recovering a shotgun from a flat in Heath Town.

Armed officers acting on local intelligence attended the property in Hobgate Road yesterday and seized a firearm and ammunition.

This evening, officers from the team have interviewed and charged a shoplifter for 10 separate thefts, including almost £700 in chocolate. The male is remanded in custody and will be taken to court in the morning.

Officers were patrolling Heath Town in Wolverhampton Police area. This car peaked our interests due to having defective break lights. Driver was stopped and had a provisional license and was not being supervised & no insurance. Vehicle seized and driver reported. #Seized #Reported
