There are so many things that are out of our control under normal circumstances.

But now, in a pandemic, those feelings can be overwhelming.

Focus your energy on things that you can control. And try to let go of the things you can’t.

Start where you are. Do the best you can.

I’m currently reading Leadershift by John Maxwell. I really liked this contrast between a goal-oriented culture vs a growth-oriented culture. I wonder if kids and teachers in our school would identify more with the left or the right?
