The Tory refusal to pay nurses properly is a political choice.

The Tories have handed £28.6m of taxpayers money to their favourite advertising agency, M&C Saatchi, to convince the public not to visit their under-resourced GP.

Wouldn’t money be better spent training doctors rather than manipulating the public into avoiding medical care?
