We recognise support extends to loved ones, who may now find themselves acting as supporters for someone with a brain injury; the adaptions can be overwhelming for everyone involved. From September, we will restart our carer’s support groups, details of which can be found below.

As well as having our service hubs, Headway Essex host a wide selection of support groups. We take a break during August but will be back in full force from September. Check out the dates below and join us!
