Why is acknowledgement important?

It builds trust. Praising your team member's efforts makes them feel positive toward you. This increase in trust and likeability will make you a more effective leader, resulting in people respecting your words and judgement.

Misinformation and disinformation are, unfortunately, common occurrences on social media.

Always do additional research… and pause before commenting… especially when you see something posted that triggers a negative emotional reaction. 👍

One thing I ❤️ about being in the U.S. Army Reserve….

…there are endless opportunities to learn and grow as a 38G. The opportunities are both challenging and rewarding.

What do you love about your service in the Armed Forces?
