Dear Stakeholders, we wish to inform that 60,999 Companies and LLPs got incorporated during April-June 2023 on V3 portal, which is the highest as compared to the same period of any of the previous FYs.

Stakeholders are requested to associate their DSC with their Business User profiles, as per new V3 process. Significant number of new Business users and DSC associations are being seen on the portal. For help, please refer to FAQs or contact helpdesk or ICAI and ICSI helplines.

Some stakeholders had complained of additional fees being applied on form submissions in some cases. This has been looked into and is working fine. If any issue seen, the same may please be highlighted to helpdesk.
