Saw Hemant's thread & raised an RTI request asking for PMJJBY & PMSBY enrollment forms. I tried mailing Bank of Baroda & found that their mail server rejects any mail. Got a sheepish call today saying they 'can't find' my forms & will refund me the deducted amounts.
