Year 2 boys attended a Football Tournament for local schools & won. They played 3 matches winning their group, with no goals scored against them & Kalesh scoring 2 hatricks! We played two more matches, winning both games, resulting in them winning the Tournament! ISA Sport

Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 have had a wonderful time learning all about Category 1 animals in Hertfordshire Zoo! They have learned that sun bears love honey and lots of facts about lions, tigers, red pandas, snow leopards and ….. dinosaurs!

The children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 came together at the end of term for an Easter Carousel bonanza of art and craft activities. They made eggs, decorated bunnies and cards. Year 6 also organised the traditional Herries Easter Egg hunt for the little ones.

Herries qualified for the ISA National football at St George’s Park. The children became one of the best 28 schools in the country, competing with the larger schools in all matches. Winning 5 out of 9 games & finished with an overall fantastic record! Well done Team.ISA Sport

Our 2nd National running event, this time in Loughborough-Primary Schools Cross Country Event.All 5 children who qualified from Y6 & Y4 ran well with 120+ runners from State & Private schools across the country.Albert came in the top 20 & our Y4 girl in the top 30.

4 of our pupils qualified for the ISA National Cross Country event at Worksop College. Against 70 of the best runners in the country, Arthur & one of our Y4 girls qualified in the Yr 3&4 race, Dominic & Albert in the Yr 5&6 race, Albert making it into the top 15. @isaschoolssport

Our yr 5/6 football team have qualified for their first ISA national team final in football, they will now play at St George’s park on Friday against the best ISA schools. They came in the top 4 teams out of 16 schools in the London West Region. ISA Sport

Yr 2 had a great day at Tring’s Natural History Museum. They explored the fascinating galleries, took part in a Polar Exploration workshop about adaptation & handled some amazing specimens such as an albatross’ skull & part of a blue whale’s rib bone. The Independent Schools Association (ISA)
