Key things to note about Renters' Reform Bill concessions are:
1. Initial 6-month period for tenants locks ppl into potentially dangerous/unsuitable contracts
2. Assessment of courts before banning Section 21 is an indefinite delay
3. BUT - fixed-term tenancies are still going
