Mexican gray wolf mom Trumpet deserves an award - nursing 7 pups must be EXHAUSTING! She does it all with grace + we're in awe of her.

The pups are officially 1 week old + will undergo some serious growth over the next week - they'll open their eyes + their ears will perk up.

I just saw a hawk fly off with something from my Oak tree. I know it's part of nature but these backyard critters are part of my extended family so I'm a little shook right now, especially because there have been baby squirrels running around the tree.

Last summer it was so hot and I didn't want to carry my DSLR around all day and this happened. This was the best I could do with my cell phone. I still really enjoy looking at that moment in time but if I could do it again, I'd suffer for a sharp clear photo 😍🌿🕊☀️
