It's pretty absurd to learn that OttPubLib/BibPubOtt has to resort to fundraising from the folks who use library services.

Meanwhile, MILLIONS are put towards OPS funding increases and road widening. Budgets are about priorities - this is yet another indication of where the city's are at.
