Terminal/Transition Absences are chargeable, pay impacting, and must end on the DOS. Once a Terminal Absence is triggered, it may override any absence out to the DOS. If a member has several absences that existed prior to their DOS, review to ensure they posted to DJMS.

The Institutional Training Environment (ITE), that supports Human Resources Command (HRC), Soldier Support Institute (SSI), and all USAR and NG AG schoolhouses, will have scheduled outage on 24-25 April 2024. ITE is used by the schoolhouses for practicing transactions.

IPPS-A will be reducing to one Operational Training Environment (OTE) by 15 April 2024 to provider faster refresh rates. OTE allows the field to practice and test transactions and processes before completing them in the IPPS-A production (live) site. OTE: optrain-alpha.ippsa.army.mil
