I used NHS Practitioner Health when I was suffering with postnatal depression. As part of the feelings of guilt and worthlessness, I was very reticent to seek help as I had a fear of being referred to secondary MH services in my local area, as I work as a psychiatry CT (1/n)
Stewing about this overnight.
What is missing is the acknowledgement that NHS Practitioner Health is a highly specialist service. It deals with one thing and one thing only - traumatised NHS staff.

Today, we struggled to get an ambulance for person with chest pain & deranged observations (I was not at work, wouldn’t tweet about pts, but a bystander in the street trying to help). Took about 45min. Police also took ages to come (not their fault) thanks Conservatives
